2Amazon Seller Data β Special Notice
This section specifically describes how we access and process seller data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), in accordance with Amazon's Developer Agreement and data protection requirements.

Our Data Access Principles:
- We only access your Amazon data after you have explicitly granted authorization
- We request only the minimum permissions necessary to deliver our services
- You may revoke authorization at any time via Amazon Seller Central; we will delete the related data within 30 days
- We will never sell, rent, or transfer your Amazon data to any third party
- Amazon SP-API data is used solely for the purposes described in this policy and will not be used for advertising or marketing

3How We Use Your Data

4Data Storage & Security
Storage Location
Your data is stored on cloud servers located in China (Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud), in compliance with the People's Republic of China Data Security Law and Personal Information Protection Law.
Security Measures
- All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
- Sensitive credentials (e.g., Refresh Tokens) are stored using AES-256 encryption
- Servers undergo regular security audits and vulnerability scans
- Access control follows the principle of least privilege; employees are granted access on a need-to-know basis
- Regular data backups are performed to ensure business continuity
Data Retention
- Account data: retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently erased
- Amazon authorization credentials: deleted within 30 days of authorization revocation
- Activity logs: automatically purged after 12 months
- Financial records: retained for 5 years as required by law
π In the event of a data security incident, we commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours and taking all necessary remedial actions.
5Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
